Lowell
Gateway to the Cascades
It’s difficult to find a prettier small town than Lowell, Oregon. Accessed by a historic covered bridge, Lowell is nestled at the foot of the Cascade mountains and on the edge of scenic Dexter Lake. The community, established on rolling hills, overlooks the lake where rowers arrive for regattas and fishing boats dot the edges.
